Cool Coffee Cat

Hello Crafty Friends,

Hope everyone is enjoying the Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

I love all the different images and styles.  Great way to be inspired for the 30 day coloring challenge starting 6/1.....

I pulled out an older Craftin Desert Divas image and erased his tropical drink to replace it with a large iced coffee...because, well, coffee!
This is Cool Cat digital from Craftin Desert Divas
Sentiment is from gracielliedesign
The postage stamp is from Little Acres Designs
I colored the images with copics and did copic backgrounds.
I added the iced coffee (from sweet stamp shop) the shades got glossy accents and the glass got glazed pen.  I wanted a postcard look so I cut out the images and framed them in white. Added with postage stamp to finish the look.

Hello crafty friends,

I picked up this cute freebie from JessicaLynnOriginals.

Perfect for the Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.

I colored the image with copics and cut out using MFT frame die. I used glossy accents for the eyes and glaze pen his nose and glass.
Sentiment is from Technique Tuesday and I drew in some birds and added some sequins!
Looks like a very happy place!!!

Perk UP!

Hello Crafty friends,

I love to color coffee mugs and this little card set has been one of my favorites.

The little cup is from Sunny Studios and the Sentiment is from Greeting farm. I couldn't pick one background color so decided to go for a set.  The steam is glittery (stardust gellyroll pen).

These cuties are available on my Amazon Handmade shop - The Lady Cage.

Chocolate Lab Love

Hello Crafty Friends,

I have one more post with the new Flynnes Puppies for Jessica Lynn Originals
This is a one layer card,  I keep a bunch of these die cut fancy frame panels from 110 lb Recollections cardstock.  I stamped the puppy and sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored the puppy in copics. I did my shading with colored pencil and added some details with gel & glaze pens. Glossy accents for those cute puppy eyes.  I used copics for the blue in the background and distress ink to highlight the sentiment.  I added some yellow stickles for a a little interest in the background.

Stop over to the Love Your Pets Hop and link up your project to help out a local rescue & see all the cute pets!!!

Oh Corgi!

Hello crafty friends,

Ok this Corgi girl in Flynnes Puppies is the cutest thing ever.
She's got a flower crown and the cutest little grin.  I loved coloring her and had to do a card and a book marker (for me).

I stamped her with Momento Tuxedo Black ink and cut them with the scan & cut. I colored with copics and added some sparkle to the flower crown with  Specturm noir Shimmer pen. Glaze pen for the nose and glossy accents for those eyes.
I used a rose stencil with distress ink for both backgrounds and used 2 sentiments from the set.  I had to add my sequins  (Shimmer by Craftin Desert Divas) my favorite, as the pick up whatever color is nearby.
For the card, I popped her up on foam tape to give some dimension. The book marker will be laminated with a ribbon tassel.
