A little rain must fall

Hello Crafty friends,
Im sharing a design team post today for PaperCraftingWorld

This is a digital stamp

Rainy Day 

I colored the image with copics and used glossy  accents on the rain, puddle, eyes & nose.

I made the blue outline and background color with colored pencil.
