I've used lots of CDD products to create this fun birthday card.
The digital stamp is birthday-dragon-digital-stamp
I colored her with Zig clean color markers. Glossy accented the eyes and used a glossy gel pen on the scales and toes.
The frames and banner are Fancy Frame Dies
The balloons and strings are Party Dies
Sentiment is Bring on the Cake stamp set
Plaid paper is Doodlebug cream &sugar
Sequins are Citrus Bliss
